By downloading, installing, or using the EasyBorder App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.
Description of Service
EasyBorder is a mobile application designed to assist users in completing U.S. government immigration forms. The App provides:
- Guided questionnaire for form completion
- PDF generation of completed forms
- Local storage of application data
- Multi-language support for questionnaires
Supported Forms
EasyBorder currently supports the following U.S. government immigration forms:
- Form I-129F – Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) (USCIS)
Additional forms may be added in future updates. These Terms apply to all forms supported by the App now or in the future. The App will clearly indicate which forms are available at the time of use.
Translation Accuracy
EasyBorder provides content, questionnaires, and guides in multiple languages—including Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, and Tagalog—to make the immigration process more accessible. While we make every effort to ensure translations are accurate and up to date, translations are provided for convenience only and may contain errors or inaccuracies. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English-language version and any translated version of these Terms or our content, the English version shall prevail. You should not rely solely on translated content for legal or immigration decisions.
User Responsibilities
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in the App is accurate, complete, and truthful. You understand that providing false or misleading information may result in visa denial or other legal consequences.
Legal Compliance
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. immigration laws. The App is designed to assist with supported U.S. immigration forms but does not constitute legal advice.
Data Security
Your immigration data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backup systems you use.
Prohibited Automated Use
You agree not to use automated tools, bots, scrapers, web crawlers, spiders, or any other automated means to access, copy, collect, or monitor our website, App, or any content without our prior written consent. This prohibition includes but is not limited to: web scraping, data mining, API harvesting not expressly authorized by EasyBorder, and any use of automation software to interact with our website or App in a manner not intended for human users. Unauthorized automated access may result in immediate termination of your access to our services and may subject you to legal action.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Generated forms will be accepted by USCIS
- The information provided meets current USCIS requirements
- The App is suitable for your specific immigration situation
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyBorder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Intellectual Property
The App and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
